then-Virginia
coach Terry
Holland, but
opted for North
Carolina
instead. This
time, Lebo was
recruited in a
different
capacity by
Holland, now
ECU's AD, and
enthusiastically
embraced the
opportunity to
become head
coach of the
Pirates and
fortify some
strong family
ties to the
university and
